Super strong seam-welded 18 Gauge 3/4" tubular steel frame. Our folding plastic chairs have specially contoured seats and backs making them the most comfortable and ergonomic chairs on the market. When folded our lightweight chairs are easy to store and move. Our folding chairs interlock, allowing you to stack up to 65 chairs.
We evaluated the engineering of most of the plastic folding chair manufacturers and took the best qualities of each of them, engineering our top quality chair. The steel used in our Plastic Folding Chair is a real 18 gauge. We felt the small additional weight of the chair, at just over 7.5 lbs, was offset by the sturdiness and reliability of our top quality chair. Three drain holes are drilled into the chair seat to stop rain water from accumulating; and the legs are set at the requisite angle. The side holes are placed 3/4" from the end and the plastic is reinforced around the side holes to ensure the plastic seat maintains its resiliency. The polypropylene seat and back are softened to avoid the brittleness that causes chair breakage in extreme cold and extreme heat. These Plastic Folding Chairs stack with just about every other folding plastic chair. These chairs alone can stack over 100 high!
